A.Ş. (Joint Stock Company) is the leader firm of a
companies group forming from company. Group
companies have been playing an active role for
projects which purpose to furnish services in
environment, medicine and pharmacology industries
especially in military and defence projects leading
first since 1994.
Locating its general administrative office in
Ankara, it has offices in İstanbul and İzmir regions
and a manufacturing plant in İzmir – Gaziemir Free
Trade Zone. In addition to these offices established
in the biggest three cities of Turkey, there are 6
active offices both domestic and abroad in total,
together with liaison offices for the support
purpose in London (the UK), Augsburg, Stuttgart
(Germany) and including 12 engineers, 18 technical
personnel, 11 administrative personnel and 6
marketing staff, total 47 personnel work in those
offices.
Our group informs and directs our customers from
designing stage till ordering stage besides it shall
not leave our costumers alone in technical
supporting stage after selling, beginning from
purchase stage and order transactions following. Our
customer portfolio includes Aselsan, Roketsan,
Siemens, Netaş, Toyota, Başarı Elektronik etc.,
leading companies of Defence, Electronic and
Automotive industries of Turkey. Besides, our
operations have been carrying on with local
authorities and Ministry of National Defense as last
users with solution partner system.
Group, as Turkey’s representative of Israil Chemagis
Ltd., a leader company in the sector of
pharmacologic products, has been furnishing services
for 5 years with a working group established with
the consultancy of a director program coordinator
and pharmacologist.
Our group as being aware of the potential in
pharmacology and medicine sector in Turkey is the
representative of “Herzliya Medical Centers” the
leading treatment centre of the world. Locating in
Herzliya-On-Sea/Israel and known as HMC too, has got
150 beds and is well known for its expertise in IVH
and open heart surgeries. Its knowledge on the
subject of Mobile Surgical Hospital and experiences
on military field shall not be denied. HMC undertook
the rigging of all medical equipment of 300 beds
Rehabilitation and Care Centre Project of Turkish
Armed Forces in 1997. HMC firm performed
successfully maintenance, installation and supply of
nearly 1000 apparatus of technology miracle such as
surgical and diagnostic Display Apparatus containing
spiral CT and digital x-ray including movable base
hydrotherapy pool in 1997.
Another one of main activities of the group is the
replacement part subject. The subject, in
particular, is the business of supplying original
replacement parts of Ikarus buses, moreover, our
group having a reliable name through its customers
also works with several governmental units and
supply original replacement parts to EGO-Ankara and
İETT, Istanbul municipalities.
Our firm has been using the latest innovations of
technology in the subject of deriving efficiency
through use of natural sources. Marketing strategies
have being developed for extensive usage of
apparatuses and systems procuring electricity
benefiting from sunlight and producing water by
purifying steam in the air. It has been operating
its operations with E.T.I firm, an Israel firm, in
respect of procuring electrical energy and water
production. To be able to reduce electricity at the
lowest by benefiting from solar energy and with the
aim of making contribution to economy of the country
in this connection, project offers have been
presented to firms. Likewise, with the main
principle of benefiting from steam in the air,
marketing operations of high capacity apparatuses
has being made to holiday resorts in south regions.
Operations relating usage of natural gas are also in
our field of activity. Transformation of public
transports into usage of natural gas shall be
performed together with Italian partner of NGV
Motori firm, specialist in its field. Our firm
supports its project partners technically especially
in process of design of necessary kit (tests) for
transformation of diesel engine into natural gas and
informs its customers in every stage of production
One of the other strong partnerships established by
our firm is the cooperation with Pharma Plan. Due to
the insufficiency of production of the blood
products in our country, patients who can be treated
by blood products are in difficulty. The Turkish Red
Crescent Association and Mehmetçik Foundation were
established to overcome these difficulties. Pharma
Plan presented the most successful project of the
term for the Plazmafracsination Facility of which
this foundation planned to put in service. Our firm
has perfectly determined the necessities of the
required system with Pharma Plan, conducted the
feasibility studies, and presented the most adequate
offers to the Turkish Government without making a
concession of quality and good service.
Our firm which is working with DOROT a firm from
Israel, is in the service of its clients for
obtaining all kinds of valves. All sorts of needs of
the client within the period from preparation of the
project needed and determination of requirements for
the solution of the leakage and pressure management
problems, low flow regulation difficulties of which
the local authorities ratherly confronted with, to
the obtainment and montage of those shall be
provided. Also, the firm can produce solutions at
watering by control valves applications, drip
watering, greenhouses, grassing and landscape by
using different materials such as steel, bronze,
polyamide, PVC and cast iron. Our firm has several
solution offers regarding the circulation required
for multiple storey buildings and regulation of the
pressure and control of the reservoir level.
Our firm aimed at presentation of service and
solutions to the other institution and
establishments using especially the electronic
production industry and electronic technology in the
light of our previous experience in the sector. The
service range of our firm is in the direction of
providing electronic materials, machines, equipment,
hand tools, consumable and even consultancy service
for the industrial institution and establishments
using the electronic technology. We are working with
strong foreign partners, who have wide and high

Our firm has a production facility in the İzmir –
Gaziemir Free Trade Zone. Electronic production
service at the region of Ankara, İstanbul and İzmir
and their surroundings is being performed by this
electronic production facility. The facility can
give research and development service in the field
of mechanics, electronic and software in addition to
its capacity to do small and medium scale electronic
or electronic production works by its high quality
personnel. The headquarters at Ankara is working
with the aim of client support and well-qualified
service performance.
Elti D.o.o. is a firm from Slovenia of who is being
represented by us, is an institution servicing to
the feeder market by producing innovative solutions
with qualified products and adequate price policy
for more than 40 years. It is doing the production
of FM feeders with various powers at analogue and
even at digital field, TV feeders and all required
accessories and marketing service for the publishing
institutions in the sector. It is furnishing
services in the field of research, design,
development, production, marketing, montage and
service of the products, Elti TV/FM feeders, TV/FM
transmitters, TV/FM combiners, TV/FM Power
Disrupters, TV/FM Aerials, feeder remote instruction
